At Blind Custom Designs, we are dedicated to providing you with the best customer experience. Our goal is to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information (if applicable).

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within [5-7 business days] (varies depending on location).

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within [2-3 business days] (available at checkout).

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery time is [7-14 business days].

Additional customs fees may apply for international orders, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

 

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200.00.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available, depending on the carrier.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or you believe your order has been lost, please contact us at jadedwithcreativity@gmail.com within [7 days] of receiving your order.  We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. If there are any errors in the shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

 

International Orders

 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.  Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
