At Blind Custom Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

Return Eligibility

 

Regular Items: You may return unused, unwashed, and unworn clothing within [30 days] from the date of delivery. Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-designed or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at jadedwithcreativity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

Return Process

 

All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipment.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within [7-10 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, we will notify you via email.

 

Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at jadedwithcreativity@gmail.com to initiate the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jadedwithcreativity@gmail.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged items at no additional cost to you.

 

Final Sale Items

 

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product page for specific details.

 

International Returns

 

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
